Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Abiflow OS, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company.

If you do not agree with them, do not create an account.

Accounts

An account belongs to one person. Do not share a sign-in. Invite the person instead, from Settings.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe, and for what the people you invite into your organisation do inside it.

You must be 18 or older to open an account.

Tell us quickly if you think someone else has got into your account.

What the service is

Abiflow OS is customer, people, finance and project software delivered over the internet. It keeps your records. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put into it, and for your own tax and reporting duties.

We may add, change or remove features. Where we remove something you depend on, we will give reasonable notice first.

Acceptable use

Do not use Abiflow OS to break the law, to hold data you have no right to hold, or to send messages the recipients did not ask for.

Do not try to reach another organisation's records, test the service for weaknesses without asking us first, or work around the limits on your plan.

Do not resell access to the service without a written agreement with us.

Your data stays yours

The business records you put into Abiflow OS belong to you. We claim no ownership of them.

We use them only to run the service for you, in the way the privacy policy describes. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train AI models.

You can export them at any time from Settings, and take them with you if you leave.

Running the service means we need a limited right to store, copy and show your data back to you. That right ends when the data is deleted.

Plans and limits

Each plan carries limits, such as how many people can join your organisation and how much email can go out in a month. The limits on your plan are shown in Settings, under Plan and usage.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise.

VAT and other taxes are added where they apply, unless the price says it already includes them.

If a payment fails we will try again and tell you. We will not move you to a smaller plan without saying so first.

Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next payment, and the service keeps running to the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not refund part of a period you have already used.

If the service was unavailable for a long stretch, or we billed you by mistake, write to us and we will refund the period affected.

Ask within 30 days of the charge. After that we can usually only credit it against your next period.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, that has not paid, or that is putting the service or other customers at risk. We will tell you why, unless we are not allowed to.

Your data is kept during a suspension. Clear the balance or fix the breach and the account comes back.

Either of us can end this agreement. If we end it and you have breached nothing, we refund the unused part of the period.

Export your data before closing an account. After the retention period in the privacy policy it is gone.

No warranty

Abiflow OS is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, or free of faults, or that it will suit a particular purpose you have in mind.

We back the service up and we work to keep it running, but keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, for lost profit, or for data you kept no copy of.

Where we are liable, the most we owe you in any twelve month period is what you paid us during that period.

Nothing here removes a liability that the law does not allow us to remove.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

The courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute under them.

Write to us before going to court. Most things are faster to settle directly.
